Outright payment

Pay in full within 30 days of your offer letter and get the lowest listed price.

Title documents

Understanding your title

The title on each property page is the one it holds today. Your lawyer receives copies before you pay.

Certificate of Occupancy

Issued by the state, it grants the right to use the land for 99 years. The strongest title for land in Nigeria.

Governor’s Consent

The state’s approval of a transfer of land that already has a C of O.

Registered survey

A survey plan lodged with the Surveyor-General that fixes the exact boundaries of the land.

Gazetted excision

Land released to the original community and published in the state gazette, so it can be sold.

Deed of assignment

The contract that transfers the property from us to you, registered after full payment.

Offer letter

Your unit, price, payment schedule, fees and handover date, issued before you pay.

Can I inspect a property before paying?

Yes, always. Book an inspection and the sales team will confirm a time on a weekday or Saturday. Buyers abroad can ask for a live video walkthrough instead.
